Studies on the effectiveness of power system stabilizers for synchronous generators connected to power grid

The article will represent the construction of a power system stabilizer (PSS) used for synchronous generators connected to power grid in order to improve the stability of oscillation of the electric system and further analysis as well as making comparison on the effectiveness of two models of PSS for final proposed approaches for application of PSS for current synchronous generators. The result, which has been tested and checked by via a simulating model namely MATLAB-SIMULINK, has shown a positive effectiveness provided by PSS of PSS2A in comparison with a PSS1A.
