A study on solutions to improve teaching skills and operation skills for technical teaching students

Vocational intermediates and junior college system plays an important role to educate the technical labour human resources to satisfy innivation life-work of the country. In the training process, teachers play a deciding role. However, now vocational teacher training assignment has many inadequate that should be overcomed. This paper presents reality, causes and proposes some solutions to improve teaching skills for technical teaching students, since then to contribute to improve the quality of education and training at vocational schools.
