Some recent results on interfacing MASTERCAM with a Microturn lathe in manufacturing rolling shafts

This paper briefly presents recent results on interfacing powerful CAD/CAM software with a CNC Microturn lathe to increase its technological capacity and economical efficiency. The use of the mentioned interface is to manufacture complex rolling shafts. This increases flexibility of the CNC Microturn lathe.
