Quality survey of Dynamic transmission system with backlash

Electric system drive with backlash is a non-linear mechatronic system and being applied widely in the industry. When backlash occurs in the system, backlash can cause control error, reduce the system stability, generate noise and undesired vibrations and the change performance. This paper proposes mathematic description and structure building of the backlash in order to quantitatively evaluate their affects to electric system drive quality. The showing results can be used basic for continuous research in order to find new and effective solutions to minimize evil backlash system impact.
