Propose solutions to develop the training programs at Faculty of Technical Teachers at TNUT

Now the training process of vocational teachers has been remained to face many difficulties, inadequate sizes, curriculums and contents of study that should be overcome. In this paper, the authors refer to a major problem that is a development of educational curriculum for technical teacher's training at TNUT. After analyzing remaining training programs applied at the Faculty of Education Engineering (TNUT), several solutions are proposed so as to renew the structure and contents of these training programs. These proposals are hopefully utilized to develop the curriculums being applied at education engineering programs in order to satisfy social demands.
