Managing solutions to develop teachers at center for practice work and scientific application from 2010 to 2020

I have been teaching in Center for practice work and scientific application - Thai Nguyen University of Technology, how to develop teachers of the center? And the first thing that I would like to do is development and training these teachers "Managing solutions to develop teachers at Center for practice work and scientific application from 2010 to 2020" Is title that I chose to write. Recent years, the improvements of teachers are better than before so much as that is certain part of TNUT developments, however it is not enough with the requirement for development of training teaching this university and how to make these teachers are more better in qualities, and teaching ways next 10 years.
