Both fuzzy system and artificial neural network system have advantages and disadvantages. Combination of these systems may enhance their advantages. In this paper, the authors promote a solution that builds the neural - fuzzy system to identify nonlinear plants. The simulation results show the superiorities and possibilities of the system.
