Nowadays, requirements about new product design, copy sample and model redesign as well as requirements about prodution, manufacture pattern with high accuracy and complexity are very significant. They can be implemented by CAD/CAM/CNC technology and Reverse Engineering. However, manufacturing processes are not always perfect and cause errors. This article presents studies on reverse engineering accuracy evaluation when using machining center VMC - 85S to compensate machining error and reverse design error to enhance the accuracy of machined parts.
