A software to calculate solar radiant energy

Solar energy is one of new and regenerarive energy; it has a lot of advantages. However, the value of solar radiant energy to the Earth varies with time and space due to relative movement of the Earth around the Sun, the atmosphere of the Earth; it also depends on climate (weather) and radiation energy density. In order to overcome these difficulties, it needs to use specialized software when we calculate solar radiant energy.
